How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5-12 business days, depending on the supplier location. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
No. International shipping is not currently available.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn and have their original tags. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a refund.
Which items cannot be returned?
Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How do I choose my size?
Sizes may run 1 to 2 sizes smaller than US/EU sizing. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one, and allow 2-3 cm of measurement difference. If you need help, contact us.
