ZonaloShop, operated by Follow Me Holdings LLC (USA). You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags. Contact us with your order number to start a return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Damaged/incorrect items: contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
